Mental health-related practitioners reveal important changes in the social problem perception, frustration tolerance, and suffering pressure levels causing specific behavioral patterns in children and young. Longer-time persistence of emotional dysregulations, in the context of lifestyle fragmentation, time alerting, family disruptions, and mental suffering leads to an altered perception of one\'s emotional needs. Additionally, young adopt specific behavior predominantly determined by virtual experiencing, manifesting in isolation, emotional detachment, avoidance, and often impulsive reactions to their problems and sufferings. Their motivation and sensitivity toward psychological experience increase detached emotionality, heightening the level of vigilance, and experiencing psychic fatigue. The project aims at the deep analysis of emotion regulation and other determinants of well-being in teenagers and adults, such as psychological fatigue, device-related self-medication, self-evaluation, and health anxiety.
