  INCDPM is a multidisciplinary research institute under the Romanian Ministry of Research, defined as key national players in OSH research, with many implemented EU projects in its record, under various Financial Frameworks (Erasmus+, The European Agency for Safety and Health – EU-OSHA, The European Commission- DG Employment, EEA Grants etc.). We do research, disseminate research and educate to contribute to a healthy and safe working environment in Romania. The mission of INCDPM is to contribute to the scientific substantiation of measures to improve occupational safety and health at work, to promote the policy established for this field, to carry out research for the prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases in order to ensure the safety and health of workers in work processes and to establish occupational safety and health requirements at workplace. INCDPM has staff members skilled in various professions and disciplines (engineers, physicians, ergonomists, legal advisors, etc.), which allow it to carry out studies and research in a variety of fields, to provide a wide range of training activities, to develop and disseminate information about safety and health at work and to provide assistance to public and private organisations in all fields of activity. INCDPM is focus to identify, prevent and address working environment challenges of today and new potential risks at workplaces. INCDPM uses its cross-disciplinary resources to spread a culture of preventing professional risks and provide tools tailored to the diversity of occupational risks.
