  Faculty of Organisation Studies in Novo mesto (FOS) is a HEI specializing in organizational sciences and has accredited programs in Quality Management. With expertise in research, teaching, and project management, FOS has implemented successful state and EU-funded projects, publishes journals, and organizes academic activities. Our expertise also covers human rights, equality, work-well being, gamification and the rule of law. Key staff members are experts in business excellence, education quality, HRM, and social sciences.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  Following our previous interests our researchers, specialised in organisational and social studies and humanism are looking for fruitful and commited project cooperation on the topic of humanism or well-being. We have extensive experience with implementation of Erasmus+ (WELLy – work well-being, Gamification, A-CCT – Cloud Compuing), CERV (HEARD - impact of COVID-19 crisis on diverse democratic perspectives through gender perspective) and many others.
