    STIMULATING THE CHANGES IN THE CUSTOMER VALUE OF DAILY MOBILITY PATTERNS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF HUMAN WELLBEING The reason of any mobility of a person is positive impact on his wellbeing. The pattern of mobility is a social, psychological, market, economic, technical, culture and mentality phenomenon. We can influence the formation of mobility patterns from these positions excluding mentality and partly culture. Management of mobility pattern’ customer value (marketing influence) is the fastest and probably the most powerful societal impact. Research problem How we can manage Customer value of daily mobility patterns for the most efficient subjective\objective wellbeing improvement? RQs 1. How does the customer service value forms the daily mobility pattern? 2. How does the pattern of daily mobility affect subjective\objective wellbeing? 3. What should be the change in the attributes of customer value of the daily mobility pattern for effective improvement of subjective\objective wellbeing? 4. Do the priorities of such influence change from country to country? Why? 5. Segmentation by potential impact of daily mobility customer value on their wellbeing: methodology, cross-country analysis, profile of societal impact for segments Societal impact A knowledge base for developing of the marketing campaign of transport operator, transport agency and social purpose.
