  I am keen to take this research further by collecting survey and experimental data on the causes of poor wellbeing among politicians as well as the impact of poor wellbeing on leadership styles and decision-making in office. Ultimately this might lead to impact-oriented suggestions for making politics more sustainable and more conducive to effective leadership.
