  • Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

    I hold a PhD in Anthropological Studies, boasting extensive experience in qualitative research and multi-site ethnographic methods. My team and I offer expertise in organizational studies, management, well-being leadership, organizational anthropology, quantitative studies, economics, political science, European studies, and in the analysis of long-term social, historical, political, and economic processes. We are seeking associate partners in the fields of economy, sociology, demography, and organizational psychology, with a background in research and an interest in studying workplace environments. FOS has successfully implemented various research and educational projects that have received financial support from the state and the European Union. Among the most visible are: the Jean Monnet Chair, which strengthens the European perspective in existing courses (while researching the further development of the European Union); the DBK Local Action Group project on tourism innovation in the local environment, which allowed FOS to start developing a new area of interest in tourism studies; the Erasmus+ funded project WELLy: Introducing the Job Profile of a Workplace Wellbeing Manager to Prevent and Combat Work-Related Stress, a project that addresses the impact of the physical and psychosocial work environment on employee health and well-being; A-CCT: Digital Content Development for Integrating Cloud Technologies into Formal and Distance Vocational Education, aiming to disseminate cloud computing training in vocational education; HEARD: The impact of COVID-19 crisis on diverse democratic perspectives through gender perspective, and so on. In addition to these more well-known projects, FOS has attracted and implemented several smaller EU-funded projects in the area of competence transfer for basic robotics and programming.

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

    We are actively seeking associate partners specializing in the fields of sociology, economics, and organizational psychology to collaborate on our research project proposal for the CHANSE Call 2023. As a Faculty with expertise in Organizational Studies and Organizational anthropology, we are looking for partners from the following disciplines: economy, sociology, demography, organizational psichology, with research background. Our research project is multidisciplinary in nature, aiming to explore and enhance well-being in the context of environmental challenges (Theme 2), with a particular focus on workplace environments and organizational structures. Through this research, we intend to elucidate the underlying dynamics of well-being processes in workplaces and provide evidence-based practices and actionable insights. This project stands as innovative due to its approach of integrating organizational studies, economics, sociology, demography, and anthropology, offering a holistic view of well-being amidst the challenges faced in work environments.
