Our research group employs psychological, economic, and neuroeconomic methods to understand decision-making in food environments. These methods and tools include advanced survey techniques, willingness to pay elicitation, attentional and cognitive processing, economics and field experiments, as well as a laboratory supermarket.
Our research group works on consumer behaviour related to sustainable nutrition. We focus on the interaction of food environments and decision-making to improve the understanding of food choices. We are interested in joining projects aiming to promote environmentally friendlier, healthier, and socially just nutrition. Thus, projects concerning climate change, nutrition-related topics, and policy interventions are of our concern.
