  Our institute conducts research in three major areas. First, we study affordable innovation as a means to achieve positive societal impact and as an enabler of sustainable development. Second, we study decision making of individuals to better understand emotional and cognitive mechanisms that foster or prevent decisions for sustainability. Third, we conduct research on entrepreneurship with the aim to identify mechanisms of value creation on all levels (individual, company, society). A recent project deals with the mental health of entrepreneurs.

  We are open to join any project dealing with questions on how entrepreneurship and innovation can increase well-being.
