  I work as a Research associate and Associate editor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Ljubljana University, in the field of performance studies and sociology. In my work, I focus on performing body, theatre community, relationship between the performer and spectator, and political aspects of theatre and performance. • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  I am looking for an opportunity to participate in a research project that would take theatre and performance (or art in general) as a subject of its inquiry. I am particularly interested in unveiling how theatre (or art in general) contested current political, social, and ecological situation in uncertain modern times. Research should answer the question how, if at all, theatre and art could provoke and support debate on burning issues. I am also deeply curious about the relationship between theatre and work, and under what conditions and how artists could deal with their own precariousness. If research would bring forward solutions to or the improvement of the current situation in the art communities, even better. And so on …
