• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  I am a social anthropologist working on healthcare workforce issues, cultures and identities. I am interested in conflicting conceptualisations of wellbeing in healthcare between the institution, the profession and the individual, and how this manifests in health workforce crises (burnout, attrition, patient safety). I am a qualitative methods specialist, with particular skills in ethnography, both traditional and virtual/digital.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  I am interested in collaborating across countries and/or disciplines on work understanding and untangling conflicting conceptualisations of wellbeing in healthcare work, with an aim to increasing retention and workforce sustainability in healthcare post-COVID-19.
