  This proposal centers on the innovative application of lipid membrane engineering and electrical pulse techniques to manipulate lipid bilayer permeability. By leveraging computer simulations and fundamental models, this research aims to elucidate the intricate interplay between lipid membrane properties and external electrical stimuli. While medical connotations are excluded, the focus remains firmly on engineering advancements. The project\'s core objective is to engineer lipid membranes\' permeability by subjecting them to controlled electrical pulses. Through meticulous computer simulations and basic models, researchers will decipher the mechanisms behind membrane perturbation and its correlation with electrical parameters. The simulations will guide the design of experiments, enabling the creation of a comprehensive framework for modulating lipid bilayer properties.
