Search for thiazolidinone and related heterocycles-based new drug-like molecules (synthesis, physical-chemical analysis, chemical optimization of the structure); study/analysis of pharmacological activity (both in vitro and in vivo, e.g. anticancer, antiparasitic/antitrypanosomal, anticonvulsant) aimed at hit- and lead-compounds identification as well as their further structural optimization. Application of in silico methods for ADME, SAR study, and for the search for possible mechanisms of active compounds\' action.

A project we would like to join: search for new drug-like small molecules (early stages/preclinical study) including synthetic investigations of small heterocyclic-based molecules and/or pharmacological screening and/or in silico study (molecular docking, pharmacophore modeling, QSAR-analysis, etc.)
