  I am looking for a US/international project partner in digital signal processing for the following applications: - radar data processing; - biomedical data processing; - digital communications.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  The research objective of the prospective project I would like to join is to study performance of novel bispectrum-based techniques developed for non-stationary signal processing exploited in different applications. I am a PI of a team of Ukrainian researchers from National Aerospace University, Kharkiv have a long-time experience in digital bispectrum-based signal processing developed for three following scientific directions: radar data processing, error-correcting coding in digital communications and medical diagnostics.
