Renewable energy; sustainable building; science education; educational research; critical infrastructure
We are looking for partners in Ukraine and Poland in the fields of sustainable energy research and education to help Ukraine plan for rebuilding green, smart, and resilient energy infrastructure. This work will be based on our AI-assisted CAD software for sustainable energy called Aladdin: https://intofuture.org/aladdin.html, which has been funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation. The software is designed to support both research and education in the fields of renewable energy and building energy. We are looking for partners in both energy engineering and science education to develop next generation STEM workforce to build a sustainable Ukraine. We will be responsible for writing the proposal to the National Science Foundation, with inputs from you. If funded, the project will be funded for up to two years with funding appropriated and allocated for the Ukrainian and Polish counterparts as well. In this project, energy researchers and science educators will jointly form a collaborative to plant the seeds in the classroom of Ukraine to develop new generations of scientists, engineers, and technicians who will build a green, smart, and resilient energy infrastructure to power the reconstruction of a new Ukraine. The project will leverage an AI-assisted, Web-based CAD/CAD tool (https://intofuture.org/aladdin.html) to support the research, planning, and education of renewable energy generation and building energy efficiency in Ukraine\'s schools and colleges.
