  The project will implement research in the field of interference electromyography. The ratio of the percentage of surface fat and anthropometric indicators under the influence of aerobic training loads. Study of the relationship between lactate and aerobic thresholds as factors limiting physical performance in the training process. Creation of methodical recommendations, development of blocks of functional pedagogical tests.
