    Experienced veterinary microbiologists from Lithuania would like to join the consortium. We have equipment, access to clinical material of animals, experience in participating of JPIAMR and similar projects.

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

    Team of researchers from Lithuania (Microbiology and Virology Institute, Veterinary Academy, Lithuanian University of Health Sciences) would like to find coordinators/consortium for monitoring of bacterial diseases and/or AMR in animals or environment. We have access to clinical material of animals (particularly companion animals, cattle), register of authorized antimicrobials for animals and are able to perform bacterial isolation, identification, MIC testing, compare resistances in medical and animal sectors, etc. Our Lithuanian partners from Vilnius University can add their expertise in development of rapid tests for detection of AMR factors.
