    FoodPhenolab is a research laboratory specialized in food phenotyping, metabolomics, and microbiome analysis. We offer expertise in nutritional interventions, high-throughput metabolomics, and biomarker discovery related to antimicrobial resistance. We are seeking collaboration with academic or industrial partners for experimental design, data analysis, and integration within multi-national projects addressing new treatments to tackle AMR.

    FoodPhenolab is a research laboratory specialized in food phenotyping, metabolomics, and microbiome analysis, with extensive experience in agriculture and forest matrices. We develop and test green antimicrobials derived from natural sources and apply photodynamic inactivation techniques. Our expertise includes nutritional interventions, high-throughput metabolomics, biomarker discovery, and in vitro/ex vivo models relevant to antimicrobial resistance. We are seeking collaboration with academic or industrial partners for experimental design, data analysis, and integration within multinational projects addressing new treatments to tackle AMR.
