• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  Our research group is working with various omics analysis (genomes, exomes, transcriptomes, metagenomes, microbiome, GWAS, single-cell seq, spatial transcriptomics) and linked bioinformatics analysis. We also have experience in cell cultures and model studies. As well as access to the national biobank and linked clinical and EHR records. Previously, we have worked in projects related to cancer and autoimmune disease, but we are interested in using our resources and expertise also AMR and AMR-related projects.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  We are interested in joining the project that we could support with omics analysis, bioinformatics or using our biobank samples and data.
