• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  1) Our group is interested in host-pathogen interactions, investigating intracellular bacteria and host pathways modulated by these bacteria in model cell lines. We recently started to investigate host and pathogen-derived EVs. 2) On the other hand, our group has a biobank of hundreds of ESKAPE isolates, which are fully sequenced, and which we used for outbreak surveillance. We began to use these isolates for comparative analyses of pathogen-host interactions.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  We would be happy to join a project interested in developing antimicrobials, which could target intracellular bacteria. We are interested in setting up Organ-on-Chip models to be used in infection research, and groups using OMICS to investigate pathogen-host crosstalk and application of antimicrobials modulating e.g. metabolome/proteome.
