  Extensive experience in recurrent urinary tract infections, including individualized immunoprophylaxis, non-antibiotic preventive strategies, and antimicrobial stewardship. Our hospital has led multiple prospective cohorts and real-world evaluations of UTI interventions, integrating microbiological, pharmacological, and patient-reported outcomes. Our work focuses on developing and implementing innovative, antibiotic-sparing approaches to reduce recurrence and antimicrobial resistance in complex patient populations.
