• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  I am a data scientist with a strong interest in infectious diseases and antibiotic resistance. My research group has experience from data-driven diagnostics, surveillance, genomics/metagenomics, and modelling of transmission of antibiotic-resistance genes. My background is originally in statistics but I work broadly, covering artificial intelligence, machine learning, bioinformatics, and biostatistics.   I am looking broadly for projects focused on data and data-driven approaches. I am especially interested in the use of AI-based methods in clinical settings.
