• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  Our projects focus on the study of the different mechanisms bacteria developed to resist antibiotic treatments, like the active efflux through tripartite efflux pumps. We solved the structure of the whole assembly of the MexAB-OprM efflux pump from Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Glavier, Nat Com 2020), which brought important information on the comprehension of the assembly and opening mechanism of this pump. / We would be interested in joining a project based on the development of inhibitors/adjuvants targeting specific bacterial protein actors involved in antibioresistance.
