  • Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

    We offer expertise on strategies and interventions to support adherence to treatments and guidelines. Through expertise on behavior change interventions and implementation science, we contribute to better adoption of treatments, recommendations and guidelines. Our AMR expertise has focused on adherence by veterinarians to guidelines and antimicrobial stewardship (animal health) and implementation of infection control in long-term health care facilitaties (human health). Other (non-AMR) projects focused on prevention of infections through behavior change (e.g., vaccination uptake) and adoption of plant protection methods (farmer and consumer acceptance of microbiome technology in crop protection). Expertise also extends beyond academic research, but also relates to knowledge transfer on behavioral sciences (e.g., as behavioral science advisor to the WHO and national authorities)

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

    We would like to contribute to projects in any of the OneHealth settings where insights are needed on behavior change (from consumers, patients, doctors, veterinarians, farmers, policy makers or any other type of intermediairy professional). We can contribute insights that help to better understand (non)adherence, but also develop, implement and evaluate interventions that promote adherence.
