• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  We offer our experience on protein structure, stability and folding, to engineer improved peptide and protein variants, as well as protein ligands, that may be used as antimicrobials, either catalytic or non-catalytic. Moreover, we have experience in implementing small protein ligands (organic molecules), peptides and proteins on multivalent nanoparticles that exponentially increase their efficacy, reaching in some cases the nanomolar range.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  We look for projects that may benefit from the contribution of a laboratory with experience in peptide/protein engineering and design, especially enzybiotics and antimicrobial peptides, as well as the use of nanoparticles with antimicrobial properties themselves or as containers for drug delivery.
