  • Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

I am a clinical pharmacy researcher with experience in antimicrobial stewardship, guideline implementation, and mixed-methods evaluation in low-resource settings. My expertise includes assessing barriers to adherence to treatment protocols, optimizing medication use in hospitals, and designing context-appropriate behavioural and system-level interventions. I am looking for collaborators with expertise in implementation science, behavioural change methods, digital adherence tools, and development or validation of clinical decision-support tools.

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

I am interested in Topic 2, which focuses on developing tools and methods to improve adherence to treatment protocols. My research in Ethiopian hospitals has shown significant gaps in adherence to antimicrobial and other clinical guidelines, often due to system-level, knowledge, and workflow barriers. I aim to contribute to this project by helping design, test, and validate user-friendly tools—such as decision-support checklists, simplified protocols, mobile-based reminders, and audit-and-feedback mechanisms—that can improve adherence in resource-limited settings. I am particularly interested in methods that integrate AMS principles and One Health considerations into routine clinical practice.
