• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  We have profound expertise in the synthesis and characterisation of membrane proteins as drug targets using cell-free and cell-based approaches based on eukaryotic and prokaryotic expression systems. We are looking for partners in drug development (antibacterial agents to inhibit bacterial efflux or enhace bacterial membrane permeability), computational drug design, and infection models to evaluate our findings.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  Our project idea is to develop a drug screening platform in which we test the effects of adjuvants on bacterial efflux pumps and membrane permeability via electophysiological characterization. This project aims to identify combination treatments. We are open to discussions about the exact details of the project. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us.
