• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  Our research focuses on lactic acid bacteria and their metabolites. We are particularly interested in the antimicrobial peptides produced by this group of bacteria. In our recent projects, we\'ve focused on bacteriocins and the alternative use of postbiotic forms. we are looking for project partners who can contribute to this area.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  As part of our research, we have a collection of lactic acid bacteria isolates previously isolated from numerous fermented products. We\'ve previously investigated the bacteriocin production of these bacteria. Recently, we\'ve been conducting research focusing on the use of postbiotic forms of bacteria as coating materials and testing different carrier systems. We are looking for a project where we can include the postbiotic forms of our isolates in our trials as part of this call.
