• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  Long-standing expertise (>15 years) in target selection, drug design and synthesis of novel antiinfective agents. Expertise in structure-activity relationships studies, hit optimization, hit-to-lead transition, organic synthesis in batch and flow modes. We have recently identified novel promising hits acting as metallo beta lactamase inhibitors. In the OH-AMR context we offer our expertise mentioned above in medicinal chemistry, with a special focus on the development of innovative metallo beta-lactamase inhibitors and in vitro ADMET profiling

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  We would be delighted to contribute our expertise in an anti-infective project that requires expertise in areas such as medicinal chemistry, in particular in the development of novel and potent synergystic agents actining in combination with beta-lactam antibiotics. We offer expertise in design and synthesis and a solid groundwork in the development of metallo beta-lactamase inhibitors.
