• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  Our lab studies the mode of killing by antibiotics and antibiotic persistence using time lapse microscopy and fluorescent reporter strains. We have extensive experience with Mycobacterium tuberculosis and uropathogenic E. coli but are open to working with different bacterial species. Excellent infrastructure available to carry out BSL3 research and animal trials.

  Any project investigating the effect of antimicrobials on bacteria at the single-cell level.
