I graduated with a double major in chemical engineer and chemistry. I finished my PhD in January 2022. For the first 4 years of my professional life, I worked in R&D projects in the field of energy. I have been working in the food technologies and research institute for the last 8 years. I have experience in extraction and optimization of medicinal plants with new technologies, encapsulation, HPLC determination of phenolic compounds, in vitro bioavailability, GC-MS volatile component analysis and fatty acid analysis. I worked in various projects involving medicinal plants, reishe mushrooms, artichokes, persimmons, quince, rose oil, rosehips, black nut, walnuts, olives and olive oil.
I would like to take part in projects involving innovative food technologies, optimization of extraction systems, green technologies, functional product development, encapsulation technologies, determination of food bioactive ingredients, bioaccessibility, extraction of medicinal plants.
