  My research aims to harness and combine the unique electronic and optical properties of colloidal nanocrystals (NCs/QDs) and the long coherence time, usually found in defects, to advance quantum technologies. The combination of defects\' localized nature with the exceptional optical characteristics of NCs holds significant potential for quantum applications, including quantum computing, communication, and sensing.
