• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  Muontek Radiation Measurement Systems is a small R&D company in Türkiye specializing in semiconductor materials and radiation measurement systems. We have expertise in advanced defect characterization and charge transport analysis using I–V, μ–τ product, TEES, TSC, PICTS, and DLTS methods. In parallel, we design and develop custom electronics for material readout, pulse processing, and spectroscopic systems, enabling full integration from crystal to device. We are looking for partners in quantum photonics and quantum computing who can complement our work with photoluminescence, spin characterization, and single-photon emitter fabrication.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  We are interested in joining projects focused on the formation and characterization of defect centers in semiconductor crystals for quantum applications, including single-photon emission, sensing, and computing. Our contribution would be in electrical and defect spectroscopy (activation energies, defect concentrations, charge transport) and in developing tailored electronics for measurement and device integration. We aim to support the development of materials for quantum technologies by correlating defect structures with their functional impact in devices, and by delivering practical electronic platforms for their evaluation.
