  We are forming a consortium for a QuantERA 2025 proposal on defect-engineered qubit centers in 4H-SiC. The project builds on complementary expertise in: Defect creation and control, Spectroscopic and spin-state characterization, Optical characterization and single-photon emission.

  We are looking for additional partners with: Deep knowledge and leadership in quantum computing, A strong R&D team and a proven culture of innovation, Experience in collaborating with industry leaders by providing unique and practical solutions. Such partners would help bridge defect-based solid-state qubits with quantum algorithms and computing platforms, and guide benchmarking and applications in quantum information, optimization, sensing, and scalable technologies.
