  • Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

    The research expertise lies in the area of the organic chemistry, design, synthesis and investigations of heterocyclic compounds. In the collaboration with other LIOS departments some perspective compounds with anticancer, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, Ca antagonistic properties, including also antiviral compounds were discovered. The main study objects of our research group are polyfunctional pyridinium amphiphiles possessing self-assembling properties. These compounds were found to be active as gene delivery systems. Design of nanoparticle delivery materials possessing biological activity is an ideal strategy for various therapies. Also our group elaborated original synthetic lipid-like compounds with intrinsic cytotoxic activity for development as nanocarriers for use in cancer therapy. We have also experience in the development of nanoformulations comprising from various lipid compositions.

    we would like to join in the project where we can use our experience in organic synthesis and/or preparation and development of various liposomal nanocompositions.
