I have research experience on phenotypic and genetic resistance of zoonotic and commensal bacteria against commonly used antimicrobial agents. I have also undertaken clinical trial of some antibiotics against some bacterial infections in vitro and clinical settings.
To join a project as a partner from LIMCs undertaking either in vitro or clinical trial of at least 2 antibiotics in the treatment of resistant bacterial pathogen for instance ESBL strain of Escherichia coli in animals. Treatment design should include combination of innovative products for instance essential plant oils, bacteriophages etc to enable optimal comparison of efficacies when combined with any selected antibiotic/s
