SYNTHETIC ANTIBODIES RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DIRECTED EVOLUTION
We are a Molecular Biology research group with disruptive ideas about combatting antibiotic-resistant microorganisms. We are developing artificial intelligence tools for identifying Antibiotic Resistance Genes which allow us to design synthetic antibodies rationally with no need for animal immunization. We are looking for a laboratory of clinical microbiology, with expertise in clinical validation.
Our laboratory group has efficiently generate synthetic antibodies collections. We aim to use them to neutralize bacterial growth, blocking toxins or quorum signals. We are especially interested in respiratory infections.
