    I am a Bioinformatics Data Scientist with a background in Medical Laboratory Science. My current research interests involve designing and implementing of creative Next Generation sequencing data command line-based Bioinformatics algorithms, pipelines and workflows engineered towards providing practical solutions to antimicrobial resistance whilst fostering inclusive and collaborative team environments.

    Any project that would require thorough resistome bioinformatics analysis of next generation sequence data related to metagenomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, machine learning and modelling
