I am a clinically-trained computational biologist with expertise in the fields of pathogen evolution, single cell biology and machine learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

My team and I are interested in developing and applying AI/ML methods to tackle antimicrobial resistance. We are looking for projects where we can assist with development and design of new strategies or identification f mechanisms in the pathogen.
