    Our team is recognized in the design and the synthesis of bacterial siderophores and analogues and their therapeutic applications either as antibiotic vector (Trojan horse strategy) or as chelators to treat iron overload diseases. Expertise : Siderophore purification and characterization, organic chemistry, Mass Spectrometry and NMR analysis of organic compounds, conjugation chemistry.

    Project aiming to use a siderophore based Trojan horse strategy to improve the biological properties (antibiotic activity, toxicity, biodistribution, etc.) of antibacterial molecules on Gram-negative bacteria
