This is a match-making section for JPIAMR 14th call - Disrupting drug Resistance Using Innovative Design (DRUID).
Human Health
in silico, in vitro, in vivo
In silico modeling; Medicinal chemistry; encapsulation; microbiology; animal assays
We propose a complementary expertise to assess and improve chemistry, drug efficacy and delivery: -In silico target modeling, structured-guided mutagenesis and potentiation of drug/target binding -Medicinal chemistry and drug encapsulation -Functional assays and microbiology of bacterial pathogens (ie K. pneumoniae, E. coli, P. aeruginosa, Bacillus…) -Animal models (insects and mice) for in vivo activity and early stage PK/PD
We are keen on joining a JPIAMR consortium to contribute to in silico, in vitro and in vivo approaches for the identification/validation of molecules preventing the emergence of antibiotic resistance.
