Our laboratory is constituted of 7 teams with structural biologists and chemists. My team works on the comprehension of the assembly and function of RND efflux pumps from Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
- Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:
We would like to modify old EPIs. We propose to follow a drug-design approach combining structural biology, model, chemistry and affinity measures in vitro.
