Nanoparticles Mycobacterium abscessus Mycobacterium tuberculosis imaging
We are a newly formed highly multidisciplinary group combining microbiology, classical molecular biology, high-resolution live confocal imaging, and nanotechnology (polymer nanoparticles).
We would like to decode the molecular crosstalk between the host and its intracellular pathogen. In particular, we strive to dissect the host-pathogen mechanisms behind the chronic establishment and clearance of tubercular (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) and non-tubercular (Mycobacterium abscessus) infections.
