We are a group of scientists working on population PKPD modeling of anti-infective drugs in different patient populations. As a University unit, we have experience in clinical data collecting and management. We have possibilities to determine drug concentrations and build PKPD models using NONMEM software(version 7.4.4, ICON Development Solutions, Ellicott City, MD, USA). We cooperate with specialists from the Medical University of Gdansk and the University of Buffalo in creating mechanistic models. In addition, we have experience and appropriate equipment to perform pharmacogenetic analysis.
We would like to join projects regarding optimizing anti-infective therapy and any other we can support by pharmacogenetic, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic analysis, creating different mathematical models, and collecting patient samples from partnership hospitals. If You see any possibility of implementing our skills in your project, don’t hesitate to contact us.
