drug eluting coatings drugnanoparticles,
- Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:
Drug eluting coatings, delivery systems based on nanoparticles, drug eluting coatings for urological catheters, synthesis of novel antibacterial polyamines, chemical synthesis, human cells, no pathogenic bacteria.
- Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:
One of the main entrance doors for nosocomial infections, including MDR bacteria are urological catheterization. Proper drug eluting coating can (a) prevent infection or (b) eliminate MDR bacteria from urinary tracks. Coating can employ registered drugs or their combination. Looking for partner which is able to work with pathogenic bacteria, and partner to perform animal (human) trials with drug eluting coatings.
