  Our expertise: Statistical modelling of AMR, based on the genome sequence of isolates. Improving the robustness and precision of such models. Adaptation of such models for use in surveillance and diagnostics. We are looking for: User needs for DNA-based computational diagnostic tools; large collections of isolates with known resistance phenotypes.

  We would like to join the network that would like to utilize our expertise in developing computational tools for surveillance and diagnostics and create contacts for further collaboration. Our group has ECRs who could participate in the network.
