My research focuses on molecular epidemiology of MDR bugs (e.g. ESBL-EC, CRE, MRSA etc.), transmission pathways of MDR pathogens, major drivers of AMR in the hospital and community, foodborne source of AMR, and searching alternatives for antibiotics.
