    I\'m a veterinary epidemiologist with more than 15 years of experience in infectious disease epidemiology in both terrestrial and aquatic animals. I also have experience in the design and operation of official programmes for the surveillance and control of animal diseases. I\'m involved in AMR

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

    I have recently been granted with the funding to monitor AMR associated with salmon farming in marine environments, using bivalve molluscs (e.g. mussels) as sentinel organisms and E. coli as a bacterial indicator. Both public health and animal heathl Chilean authorities are involved in this project. This project has just started and will end in 2024. The funds awarded are the equivalent of USD 108,000.- I am interested in participating in a network aimed to AMR surveillance in the environment-animal and/or environment-human interfaces.
