Three Polish research teams among the winners of the international M-ERA.NET Call 2019

We are pleased to announce that three projects involving Polish researchers have been awarded funding in the M-ERA.NET call for proposals. Within the M-ERA.NET Call 2019 over EUR 26,9 million have been granted to 37 research projects.

Complete list of the M-ERA.NET Call 2019 projects recommended for funding

Polish projects awarded within the call:

  1. HYSUCAP: Synthesis and characterization of novel 2D hybrid materials for supercapacitors. Polish Principal Investigator: prof. dr hab. inż. Johannes Ehrenfried Zschech, University of Warsaw. The project will involve research teams from Czech Republic and Germany.
  2. GADEIRE: Gas Absorption sensors Development for Environment based on novel mid-InfraRed hollow fibers with Enhanced functional design. Polish Principal Investigator: dr inż. Karol Krzempek, Wrocław University of Science and Technology. The project will involve research teams from Belgium and France.
  3. AMCSS: Additive manufactured composite smart structures with embedded fibre Bragg grating sensors. Polish Principal Investigator: dr hab. inż. Magdalena Maria Mieloszyk (Project Leader), The Szewalski Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery. Polish Academy of Sciences. The project will involve research teams from Poland (Institute of Fundamental Technological Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences) and Lithuania.
